    PROS Gorgeous and dynamic illustrations CONS The font on the cover is not easy to read, I had to check the spine to tell what the title and who the author was The pages are all connected, creating an accordion style

    I read this book at the BCinDC meetup today It was a quick but beautiful and worthwhile read The neat page configuration and bold, flowing illustrations all contributed to an experience that was much like looking at jazz You could see

    7 7 2019 More of an art book, than a traditional picture book Also, the folio or codex style if a format to make my book collector heart sing, but my librarian brain cringe I love the pastels on black paper by Ed Young.
